What columns does the CSV have?
loc, lastmod, changefreq, priority, and counts of images, videos and hreflang alternates.
Why does fetching fail for some sites?
The site may block unknown crawlers, require a login, or sit behind a firewall. Download the sitemap in your browser and upload it instead.
